ensō hot flow
Our ensō hot flow is a Vinyasa-style class created to heal, detoxify and exhilarate the body and mind by linking the breath with movement. ensō hot flow incorporates creative flow sequences with a strong emphasis on the foundation postures which are designed to help build breath awareness, balance, flexibility and overall strength and endurance in the body’s core.
This class is taught in a heated room between (38 °C / 100 °F) to (39 °C / 102 °F).
This class may be taught with music.

what to bring
- Yoga mat (rent one from us, if needed)
- Wear comfortable and loose clothing
- Clean enviro-friendly canteen/bottle (we provide filtered water)
- 2 towels (can also be rented, if needed)
- Try to arrive 15-20 minutes before the start of class and if you can, fill out your waiver form online first.
- Drink plenty of water before and after class
